Shipping
We offer shipping to the following countries- Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany (Limited products), Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. We will send you the tracking number once your order will be dispatched.
We use DB Schenker and GLS carriers.
It depends on your delivery country. Estimated shipping times you can find here. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Product
You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, login and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive order summary to your email. Order summary will also be stored to your account.
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.
You can request to return an item within 14 days of receipt as long as it has not been assembled, is in the original packaging and in resalable condition. You may arrange for the delivery back to us yourself or contact us on sales@playspiel.eu and we will advise the charge for this depending on the product purchased. You are responsible for the package until it has been signed for at our warehouse, in which case we suggest obtaining trackable insured postage.
The returns address is Wendi Toys, Gaujas street 16, Cēsis, LV-4101, Latvia . It is your responsibility to ensure that your items are packaged adequately to protect against damage. Please note that if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, we will charge you a reasonable sum for the reduction in value the goods have incurred. If you have assembled a product it cannot be returned unless found to be faulty.

Payments
You can use all the major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay.
Please try again in a little while. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance. If everything is as it should, but you still can't make the payment, please contact sales@playspiel.eu notify us about the problem. We can manage the order manually.
