This premium 2 storey playhouse is made from sustainable FSC® certified European timber. It features a panelled door and 3 windows on the ground floor, all with perspex panes. There are spacious verandahs at both levels and a fun internal ladder to gain access to the loft space. - Better to build - all TP wood is pre-drilled for easier assembly.
- TP wood is pressure treated. An environmentally friendly preservative is used in the pressure treating process which penetrates deep into the wood. Therefore, there is no need to apply stain year after year, unless you wish to do so for aesthetic reasons.

Assembly
The playhouses can be easily assembled by a customer at home without the need for additional fixings or any special tools. Detailed and easy to follow step-by-step installation and maintenance instructions are included in multi languages.

- Playhouse is pressure treated and made of Nordic Spruce.
- Playhouse meets the European Standard EN-71 “Safety of Toys” for playgrounds equipment for domestic use.
- All timbers used comes from FSC certified forests.
- Playhouses are safe and eco-friendly.
- Maintenance: Could be treated with wood preserver annually to keep it healthier. This treatment will protect against wood rot and warping but does not guarantee the product will be waterproof. The tongue and groove construction of this product means there may be small gaps that change slightly due to atmospheric conditions.
